I am also training to join the army, and have asked this same question further down in this forum (yet to be answered by Bear)....
What country are you in? I am in Australia. I'm hoping to sign up in 2010, and have been training physically and mentally around the clock so I can be ready next year. I still have a lot of work to do but I am so driven and focused to reach my goal.
I would love you to keep in touch on here, and let me know how you are going with it all, and any advice you might have, and hopefully we both get a reply from Bear soon :)

Hi Selina, I'm from the UK. Iv'e also been training a lot to prepare and yeah definately keep in touch. The date for when i start basic training is March 21st 2010. so i have enough time to prepare for it . Good luck to you too :)
